Re: Previous Day Indicator not getting assigned correctly for only a set of Work Schedules in Time Evaluation

Hi Jagan and all Experts,

I would like to redefine the problem here.

When I run time evaluation for employee as illustrated in the example screenshot in original post, even though employee is on full day vacation the time events in IT2011 gets assigned to a day on which he is on Vacation which is incorrect instead it should get in TIP table next day and then should be assigned to the next day.

You can see in the fresh screenshot from my testing today,  in the P2011 step in time evaluation the TIP entry gets created a day before (on day he is on vacation instead of next day as it should be!)

I even tried to change the entry A07 in V_T705B from Blank (which was suggested originally by SAP) to 999 (which is highest possible 9 hrs and `59 min) but it did not help to rectify this scenario! :-(

I even tried to create a small PCR as suggested by Jagan, but as the pair formation is taking place at the very beginning of schema and previous day indicator assignment in IT2011 also takes place in beginning (I guess) through STD Rule/PCR while pair formation by assigning indicator '=' or '<'; I am not able to correctly assign the Day Indicator. Although, we have a manual workaround to assign it as '+' or '-' business will not accept that as it may be required to do for a number of employees in Japan assigned to those shifts.

Request you to help as SAP also declined helping saying this is a customizing issue as the Time Evaluation Schema is fully customized for my client. Many thanks in advance!

With Warm Regards,

TIP ENTRY on VACATION DAY.jpg

If we manually assign the day indicator as '+' on 01/11/2015 the TIP entry gets generated correctly on 01/11/2015 as follows -
