NWBC 4.0 "Out of Support" ???

Hi,

Hopefully someone can clarify this for me. I was just recently checking the SAP PAM for NWBC 4.0 and noticed that it says NWBC 4.0 is supported until July 1st 2015 (a bit over a month ago). I realise that NWBC 5.0 is now available but is NWBC 4.0 really now out of support? I tried to find an SAP note to clarify this but the best I could come up with was this note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1707623 where it says that the release date for NWBC 4.0 PL20 (current PL is 19) is T.B.A (to be advised).
