Updating taxCodes in BP Address by DTW

Hello Experts.

I'm trying to upload the TaxCode for each BP by using the template from BPAdddress as follows:

ParentKey    TaxCode

CardCode    TaxCode

BPCode1    EX

BPCode2    EX

DTW says that update as been 100% done with no errors, but in SAP Application has not been updated and you can not see the update results.

I've also tried adding a Business Partner OCRD Template combined with BPAddress CRD1 as follows

OCRD

CardCode

CardCode

BPCode1

BPCode2

CRD1

ParentKey    LineNum     TaxCode

CardCode    LineNum     TaxCode

BPCode1    0     EX

BPCode2    0     EX

And generates an error.

May you help me to find out how to update taxes for each BP?
