You should try to execute the query with a nolock: SELECT T0.[EngineAddr] , T0.[EngineVer] , T0.[HashCode] , T0.[StartTime] , T0.[LastUpdate] , T0.[NextUpdate] , T0.[EngCmpnys]  FROM [dbo].[SWEI] T0 with (nolock)
