Hi Ram,
From transaction SM13, you can check status from update requests still pending on the system.
They can show different status, such as:
- Init: The update request has been created but has not been fully processed. (
- Error: An error occurred in the init phase, and so the update request has not been processed.
- Error (no retry): The update request has been cancelled and cannot be processed again.
- V1 processed: The init phase has been correctly processed and the V2 modules have been forwarded for processing.
- V2 processed: The V2 modules have also been correctly processed, but a collective processing run still has to be updated (basically, V3).
- Enqueues Deleted: The SAP locks belonging to this update request have been deleted manually (SM12).
Some updates can be re-processed or not, based on the status. Deeper explanation can be read on Note: 1510367 - Re-processing failed update records via SM13
Transaction SM14 ofersUpdate administration: you can 'Deactivate' update functionality, check application servers status, define server groups or modify some parameters.
Regards,
Raquel
