TalentHub for Managers 4.1SP2 : My Positions Listing (Search) shows result only DIRECT reporting

Hi Experts,

I'm implementing Nakisa TalentHub for Managers 4.1 SP2. My problem is in My Org Units / My Positions / My Employees listing. All are showing the result only Direct reporting of User logon even though users can see all indirect reporting in their Org Structure.

For example :

User logon with ID 3100716, Position ID 60045720. My Org Unit shows all Indirect reporting hierarchy :

User can click every boxes to show its details.

But when user search for positions, only direct reporting (4 records) can be found as shown below.

This happen to My Org Unit and My Employees as well.

My question is : How to make all listings for managers to show all Indirect reporting?
