Hello Dongsu,
When you see the passes you should be able to right click them. the ABAP c onnector package needs to be checked out for this, though. Last option in the menu should be "disable pass".
On a sidenote: If you want to change anything in the standard jobs you should make a copy of the original SAP package and rename it to something like "custom.idm.connector.abap" or whatever you like. Any SP upgrade will overwrite all the changes you did to standard packages delivered by SAP.
