Loadrunner not capturing any events from BFC

Hello,

We are trying to record LoadRunner script on FC Windows client using various protocols but are not able to capture any trigger events.We have tried using SAP GUI protocol, ODBC and SAP (click and script) protocol but to no avail.

Would someone know if there are any config settings on FC side that could be blocking this and if they need to be modified or enabled so the events could could be captured in LoadRunner? Any document or how-to guide on designing and executing LoadRunner scenario for BFC would really help.
